After starting her career as a professional makeup artist and day spa owner, she went on to grow and lead sales for top beauty brands, successfully scaling companies including Napoleon Perdis, HydroPeptide, and La Bella Donna.

She later co-founded BRAND [UNCOVER], a concierge platform that connects emerging beauty and wellness brands with top-tier buyers across spa, retail, and lifestyle channels. Gina also leads Revenue of Inspiration, a consulting firm that empowers spa professionals and brand founders through strategic sales training, distribution planning, and business development. Her passion for clean beauty and sharp business acumen continue to elevate professionals across the industry.

Fun fact: Gina’s love for old school rap is only rivaled by her love for her three adorable fur babies—Evelyn, Ali, and Bob.

Syreeta Brown is a life coach, doula, dancer, and author whose work centers on healing, embodiment, and personal transformation. Through intuitive guidance, movement, and heart-centered care, she helps people navigate life’s thresholds—birth, loss, growth, and change—with clarity and self-trust. Whether through coaching, dance, or deep listening, Syreeta empowers others to come home to themselves.

Fun Fact: Syreeta is a trained professional dancer and choreographer.

Nichole Hester is a distinguished luxury spa and hospitality leader with more than 24 years of experience, having built her career with renowned brands including Four Seasons, The Langham, JW Marriott, and Red Door Spa. As Spa Director at The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, California, she brings a passion for wellness, a strong foundation in financial and operational excellence, and a commitment to cultivating exceptional teams and creating memorable guest experiences. Her leadership reflects a deep appreciation for the art of hospitality and the elevated standards of luxury resort service.

Originally from Canada, Nichole has called Las Vegas and Seattle home before settling in Southern California. Outside of her professional life, she is a proud mother of three and devoted teacup Yorkie mom to Nyla. She enjoys getting lost in a good book, exploring local hiking trails, and cheering on her favorite basketball and football teams.

Fun Fact: Grew up dancing from age 4 (jazz, tap, modern, ballet & eventually ballet pointe)

Samantha Mansell is the Spa Director at Cal-a-Vie Health Spa, where she has served for the past four years. Originally from Las Vegas, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and began her spa career at 37 while pregnant with her daughter. After becoming a licensed esthetician, she worked independently for seven years before joining Pechanga Spa & Resort. Over eight years there, she advanced from Supervisor to Spa Manager. She later added certifications in fitness and nutrition and joined Cal-a-Vie as a Fitness Instructor before stepping into her current role.

A proud mother of three adult children, Samantha has called Southern California home for 29 years. Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, cooking, wine tasting, and live music.

Erica Coble is the Vice President of Sales at Living Earth Crafts, where she has proudly spent over 25 years building trusted relationships across the global spa and wellness industry. Throughout her career, Erica has collaborated closely with spa consultants, designers, owners, directors, and distributors to deliver best-in-class spa and wellness equipment solutions.

Known for her collaborative approach, Erica partners with clients and strategic partners to ensure every solution is thoughtfully tailored to meet each project’s unique needs. She is deeply passionate about elevating the spa experience through equipment that seamlessly blends luxury, functionality, and cutting-edge technology - helping create spaces that inspire both practitioners and guests alike.

Fun fact: Erica plans her life around her sun, moon, and rising signs—and the movements of the planets.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Toyia Bouldin is a distinguished Spa Director and Business Consultant known for driving operational excellence in high-touch wellness environments. Her coast-to-coast leadership spans Florida, New York, D.C., and Los Angeles, where she has spent over a decade refining spa management and consultancy. Grounded in her philosophy of “Trust as a KPI,” Toyia is especially proud of her legacy as a career architect, having recruited and mentored more than 65 estheticians into thriving, sustainable careers.

A licensed Holistic Esthetician, Toyia blends clinical efficacy with restorative modalities such as sound therapy, digital detox protocols, and Facial Bar concepts. She has partnered with leading global brands including Eminence, Jurlique, Naturopathica, Face Reality, Dr. Loretta, and Jane Iredale. Currently leading operations in the Beverly Hills/Fairfax district, she continues to champion the human touch by integrating science-backed treatments with an intuitive, holistic approach.

Fun Fact: When she isn’t transforming the wellness landscape, Toyia is soaring above it. As a student pilot and aviation philanthropist, she actively raises awareness for women in aviation, helping others reach new heights both on the ground and in the sky.

Emma Spencer is the Director of Spa at Alila Marea Beach Resort, where she leads wellness experiences centered on balance, renewal, and connection. She is passionate about elevating the experiences of both guests and team members through thoughtful leadership and innovation.

A lifelong wellness enthusiast, Emma enjoys yoga, meditation, and learning about nutrition, especially its role in supporting people with autoimmune conditions. She believes wellness is an ongoing journey and loves exploring ways to feel better and help others do the same. Family is also close to her heart; she and her husband stay connected with her close-knit family in the UK, including a big crew of nieces and nephews.

Fun fact: Before beginning her career in wellness, Emma was a police officer in the UK in the 1990s.

Kristin Woods is Chief Sales Operations Officer at Skin Authority, where she supports the brand’s B2B and B2C sales and customer experience teams. A UC Santa Barbara graduate with a degree in Psychology, Kristin found her way into the spa industry through an assistant role at Spa Magazine—a first introduction to an industry she would help shape through advertising sales, event planning, and spa partnerships at Spafinder. Drawn to Skin Authority’s science-based approach to skin health and emphasis on education, she has been with the brand for 11 years.

A lifelong Californian, Kristin lives in Oceanside with her husband and their two sibling cats. Outside of work, she enjoys F45, beach walks, hiking, paddle boarding, travel, and tending her garden—which she calls her kind of meditation.

Fun fact: Kristin was a ballet dancer for 20 years.

At YA-MAN, the creator of Asia’s leading at-home beauty devices, she led the charge in building out the U.S. market—opening key accounts, driving training initiatives, and overseeing international growth efforts. 

With a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Management—and a lifelong passion for beauty inspired by her esthetician mother—Caitlin brings energy, insight, and a global perspective to the team.

Taylin Kellingsworth brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to wellness, with a background in behavioral health and a passion for human connection.

With experience supporting teams and operations in a mental health setting, she has a natural ability to create seamless, meaningful experiences. At SSWC, Taylin plays a key role in fostering connection and curating moments that bring our community together.

Fun Fact: Taylin played competitive softball for over 14 years and credits it for shaping her strong sense of teamwork and discipline.
